No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the curriculum, the immediate delivery of proprietary trading signals, and the allocation of time for mentorship, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

All materials, including video modules, trading setups, proprietary indicators, and live signals, are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. Your subscription grants you a single-user, non-transferable license. Sharing access credentials, redistributing trading signals, or reproducing the course material will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund and potential legal action.

Under no circumstances shall the platform, its founders, mentors, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss, arising out of your use of our services, strategies, or market signals.
